Cushendale Woollen Mills
For generations the Cushen family have continued to produce high quality Irish-made textile products at their mill in Graiguenamanagh. They pride themselves in their ability to craft natural-fibre textiles made with mohair, Irish wool and merino lambswool.

Mairead Holohan Art & Courses
Mairead runs a wide range of artistic courses. Courses are run in demand from her studio at the foot of White Mountain near St. Mullins. Courses include painting (mainly water based media), card making & batik. Day and weekly courses are run, as well as children’s camps at Easter and in July. Her work can also be purchased at the studio by appointment.

Thomastown is a hive of creativity and is only a 20 minute drive. Ceramics can be bought at shops such as Karen Morgan, Gus Mabelson, Earthworks Ceramics and Clay Creations. There is Jackie & Ed Keilthys Jewellery shop, the Berkeley Gallery and Tara Antiques amongst many others.
Also, Bennettsbridge (30 minute drive) has shops which sell hand-made candles (Moth To A Flame), Nicholas Mosses renowned pottery shop & workshop with an onsite cafe and also, a hand-made leather shop (Chesneau Leathers).
